I’m Paul Kortman. I help businesses automate workflows and improve business processes using Zapier, Notion, and AI.

I’m also a father and a long-time builder. I like simple systems that are reliable, easy to maintain, and actually get used.

Background
I started my career as an IT nerd, moved into digital marketing in 2007, and built an SEO agency that evolved into a workflow automation agency.

By 2014, my work intersected with Zapier through the early Experts program. Within a year, the agency shut down the SEO side and went all-in on automation.

Today, most client work happens through Connex Digital, the consulting team behind the builds.

Personal
As a family man, I’m lucky to have a big group of kids (bio, adopted, step-kids) and now even grandkids.

And yes, I have a cute dog too.
