		<description>K I&#039;m not sure I&#039;m able to fully explain it, except that it worked for me. I found a bunch of examples in how it did not work for others, but this was the trick to convince it to import the content in the correct character set.</description>

I am a bit confused there, does changing the table definition also change the column character-set to utf8?  Thanks</description>
